Emails / Blog Posts

Below, you will find 7 templates you may use as the foundation for your own emails, blog posts, or social media posts. While these were written by a professional copywriter, you are still encouraged to edit them for your own “voice” and flow.

The first template is meant to give you a chance to feature your own presentation at the conference, while the others speak to general themes. Feel free to use as many or as few as you’d like to promote the conference. Please note that most folks need to hear about something at least 3 times before they take action, so frequency will help you.

The headings above each template include a suggested subject line. As with the templates themselves, you are welcome to use a different subject line to better match the interests of YOUR audience.

Note on using link trackers – most of us use mailing systems that will track which subscribers click on which links, and in these cases, you want to place links under other text or images. This is because some email clients will ask which link the person wants to go to when the text and underlying link go to different domains. If the subscriber elects to go directly to the Coptic website, your tracking system won’t know about the click. This is why you’ll get better tracking stats when you place links under other text or images.
